How do I get access?

All NAFD members in good standing have access to NAFD Inspire through a unique code system. For enquiries regarding membership and the potential benefits for your organization, we invite you to contact the NAFD Membership team at 0121 711 1343 or via email at membership@nafd.org.uk.

I have forgotten my password

To reset your password, submit your username or your email address below. If we can find you in the database, an email will be sent to your email address, with instructions how to get access again.

I am having technical difficulties, who should I contact

Please click the "Need Help" button located at the bottom left of the screen. Your request will be logged in our ticketing system and addressed as soon as possible.

How secure is the Learning Management System

We take security very seriously. Key security features include seamless built in SSL certificates. The site is GDPR and SOC2 compliant and all our information is stored in a secure database hosted on the Microsoft Azure cloud platform. It is also SSD-backed optimized for high-performance applications.

What personal information do you collect

We limit the information we collect about you to first and last name, email address, work location, job role and learning results. We never sell your information. Ever.

How long is my access valid for?

Your access is valid for as long as you are an employee of a member firm in good standing.

What type of courses are on NAFD Inspire

There are many types of courses from funeral courses to mental health to leadership and much more. New offerings are added on a regular basis. We presently have over 100 courses, webinars and podcasts on offer. As a member you have unlimited access and can take as many as you wish.

Do courses, podcasts and webinars hold a CPD Value.

Yes, most have a CPD value assigned that shows in your reporting records is you are required by your company or a third party to complete CPD.

What is the NAFD?

The National Association of Funeral Directors (NAFD) is the largest and most inclusive representative body for the UK funeral profession. In addition to over 4,000 UK funeral homes, it also represents international firms and suppliers to the sector Established in 1905, the NAFD represents the entire spectrum of funeral directing businesses, including independent and family-owned firms, co-operatives and major funeral groups. NAFD member firms must abide by the Funeral Director Code. Funeral home members are regularly inspected and supported to reach the highest standards of service. The Association also provides access to an independent complaints scheme for funeral consumers, NAFD Resolve, operated on its behalf by the Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution (CEDR). The Association represents the funeral profession at all levels of Government in respect of legislation and campaigns on issues affecting not only funeral directors, but also the bereaved. It provides informed opinion to Parliamentarians, Government agencies and consumer groups on all funeral matters.
